Our Styling + Management service is designed for couples who already have elements of their wedding underway but want experienced support bringing together the design, vendor coordination, and flow of the day in a cohesive and beautifully managed way.
Together, we create the overall look and feel of your wedding, establishing a clear design direction that not only shapes the visual details but also ensures the styling, logistics, and broader plans all work together as a whole.
From florals, lighting, layouts, furniture, and stationery through to timelines, vendor communication, and the overall flow of the day, we manage both the creative and operational side of the wedding so everything comes together behind the scenes while you remain present throughout the planning process and on the day itself, without needing to manage it all yourselves.

We begin by understanding the plans already in place and where everything currently sits, then work with you to develop a clear and cohesive design direction that brings the wedding together as a whole.

Throughout the planning process, we guide the coordination and logistical side of the wedding alongside the styling and design, ensuring everything continues moving in a clear and well-managed way.
As the wedding approaches, we step further into the coordination process, becoming the main point of contact for your confirmed vendor team, including independently booked vendors, while refining timelines, confirming logistics, and bringing everything into one aligned plan ahead of the wedding day itself.

THE WEDDING DAY
On the wedding day itself, we’re there from setup through to the end of formalities, coordinating vendors, overseeing installations, managing timelines, and ensuring the day continues flowing as it should from beginning to end.
With the logistics, communication, and moving parts already taken care of behind the scenes, you’re able to step into the day knowing everything has been brought together properly and is being carefully managed throughout.
Service fee from $7,250 + gst
